Everyone deserves some alone time. Whether its taking some time off of work or getting out of school, here are 4 ways to really relax.
1. Light candles. It really helps if you smell something fresh in the air.
2. Put on a mask. If you don't already have a face mask, go to target and get them for around $2.00.
3. Put cucumbers on your eyes. It relaxes your tense muscles around the eye area.
4. While you have your mask on, but not cucumbers, watch funny videos on youtube or listen to some peaceful music.
